Loved reading your blog about your adventures as a couple, meditation, mud baths, massages, all sounds wonderful! Other than the beautiful scenery you gazed upon, just taking time out just to “be”…. no hassles, no worries, no schedule – that’s so important, in my view. Again, really liked reading this blog.
I love Halong bay. It is stunning, magnificent and spectacular. Halong bay cruise is what i love the most there. How wonderful it is to overnight on the sea, listen to the wave moving and see the sky. Many other interesting activities in halong that you may want to join in such as island seeing, grotto visiting, kayaking, rock climbing, etc. Information on Halong at: http://www.fascinatinghalongbay.com/cruise-collections/
I would love to go back to Halong bay to do Rock climbing and kayaking. I think I could spend a week there!
Mud bath for romance? I agree! See below.
Love this post!
agreed, I think that we may have to try each one while we’re out there.. they all sound fantastic!
Romance, what’s that:)
Hahaha, actually my husband and I have been working hard at bringing it back. We’re not backpacking, but once you have kids, everything seems to be thrown away. We have mud pools and hot springs in Costa Rica, I think we’ll be doing some of what you guys have done:)
Looking forward to following the “just be” advice. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the day to day going ons and making new plans that you forget to find time to stop and… smell the roses so to speak!
That’s sooo true. It can be difficult to find the time, so one has to really make sure to take the time for it. Yes, a more luxury hotel can be what’s needed and if it’s for Love – it’s always worth it 😀
Great tips! The mud bath was really funny. Thanks for all these suggestions I am going to bookmark it to keep it aside till I need it.

Great, informative and enjoyable post Thanks
Nice tips. I will need to remember to book the meditation course in Chiang Mai next time we go back to Thailand. And yes, massage is readily available in the discount price in Asia. If I have time, I will do it everyday. 🙂
